A whopping 201 out of 228 vehicles inspected were Y-plate vehicles, raising suspicions about the motives behind such excessive targeting. One cannot help but wonder if this is a deliberate attack on the transport service industry, with companies like Bolt, Uber, and their counterparts feeling the heat.
