Solution & Process
Our solution involved rebuilding the PPC campaigns from scratch, segmenting them by time of day and ad groups by services. We also fully optimized all campaigns and added all types of extensions to improve ad visibility. We requested the client to showcase something unique, different, or better on the landing page to attract users and improve their overall experience.
We also set up call tracking numbers to allow for better conversion analysis, which enabled us to differentiate between phone call conversions originating from AdWords mobile ads versus those originating from landing pages. This gave us complete attribution for all conversion types within the campaigns and provided our client with concrete cost-per-acquisition and ROI numbers.
Results
The results were impressive. Our efforts led to higher conversions and click-through rates with more efficient ad spend. Overall, conversions increased from 175 in January to 238 in March, showcasing a significant improvement.
