Job description: Our client has opened up a search for a Sports CRM Specialist to be based in Malta! So if you are a sports-enthusiast with an innovative approach and are data driven, this may just be a perfect fit for you!
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement, revamp and own the Sportsbook lifecycle and customer journey
- Work closely with the CRM team to execute sportsbook campaign whilst taking ownership of Sportsbook retention figures.
- Report indirectly to the Head of Sportsbook, ensuring vertical growth.
- Create data-driven and localised CRM strategies for Sportsbook.
- Update the team’s knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, competitor strategies, and CRM best practices
- Enable effective budget management and allocation, forecasting campaign metrics like engagement, cost, ROI, and other key performance indicators for the accurate evaluation and optimization of campaigns.
- Work closely with other departments and be up to speed on industry trends, regulatory changes, competitor strategies, and CRM best practices!
Requirements
- Good experience working with CRM tools and Sports campaigns
- Sports betting knowledge, campaign planning, campaign executor, analytical skills and iGaming experience.
- If you speak Finnish it would be considered an asset!
