The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers of our iGaming client. You will answer their queries and solve their issues via online chat and email. You will ensure you have a good understanding of your client’s needs and you are responsible for taking ownership of their issues. Ultimately you will make sure that their concerns are solved in a smoothly and promptly manner.

Other tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Representing the company in customer interactions via chat and email, prioritizing exceptional service to foster customer retention and a fulfilling iGaming experience.
  • Communicating courteously and respectfully
  • Cultivating relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identifying improvement areas and providing feedback to enhance our platform from the customer’s viewpoint.
  • Ensuring uninterrupted service by addressing customer inquiries, explaining Terms and Conditions, guiding on game usage, aiding in marketing campaigns, and following company protocols for logging tasks.
  • Supporting Payment & Fraud specialists in maintaining company security and deterring fraudulent activities.
  • Advising players on responsible gaming tools and taking proactive measures based on gaming patterns.
  • Escalating and monitoring customer cases and assisting with translations as required.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Danish and English
  • Previous experience in assisting customers via email, phone and/or chat
  • Be able to type fast!
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
