Job Requirements:
What you bring with you
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in driver supply management or a similar role in the ride-hailing or logistics industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and promote positive interactions with drivers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in using data analysis tools.
