About the Role: you’ll professionally answer customer questions and complaints via email or live chat (no phone calls).

• Full Training for 2 weeks (The candidate should be onsite during this time)

Your missions:

• View and review user-generated content (e.g. sales ads).
• Respond to customer inquiries on all topics related to the online marketplace, by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards the customers.
• Follow communication procedures and policies.
• Evaluate and make decisions by defined policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Native or C2-level proficiency in German
• Technical skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.
• Prior experience is optional. What matters to us is your drive and dedication to making a positive impact in the digital world. Suppose you possess English reading and written skills, proficient computer skills, the ability to make quick and accurate decisions, attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
