Our customer is a fast-growing casino and sports betting company and claims a growing market share in the German market. In order to better serve their customers, they will hire several more VIP managers. The requirement for this role is that you speak German (native level) as you will not only chat and create promotions for your VIPs, but also receive and make phone calls. Therefore, your German communication skills must be top notch.
Basic salary of €28,000 to €40,000 + comprehensive bonus program of up to 50%!
Role and responsibilities
- Connect with VIP customers via chat, email and phone
- Identify potential VIP customers
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with VIP customers
- Evaluate and solve your customers' problems
- Meet VIP players for streaming and live events
- Evaluate and provide feedback on various segments related to KPI performance
- Meet or exceed KPI targets
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of VIP programs and initiatives
Required skills and experience
- Native/C2 communication skills in spoken and written German
- Fluent communication skills in spoken and written English
- Work experience of at least 12 months in a customer-facing role in the B2C sector of Igaming
- Candidates with experience working in VIP management for the German igaming market will be preferred and base salary will reflect experience
About this role
- Office based in L-Imriehel, Malta
- Up to €40,000 basic starting salary
- Comprehensive bonus program with 50% bonus on KPIs, applicable after 3 months of training and trial training
