- Respond to international online reviews of Ruby Hotels and actively work on the strategic development of guest feedback
- You are an interface to the operations department and support the continuous optimization of quality in the hotels
- Set up new questionnaires to determine guest satisfaction and manage existing ones
- Assist our hotel manager in responding to guest feedback
- Take care of the administration of our reputation management system ReviewPro
- Supports performance management of OTAs and third party distribution

- You preferably have completed vocational training or a degree in business administration, marketing, communications, hotel management or similar
- Brings a sensitivity for lifestyle brands and their further development and a basic understanding of the hotel industry
- You can bring a warm and welcoming charisma and enthusiasm for the brand and pass this on to others
- Questions processes, counts creativity as one of your strengths and is interested in the latest trends
- You have good MS Office skills and a high level of commitment and commitment as well as a strong hands-on mentality
- You have an excellent command of spoken and written German and English
