- Inform the customer about damage to furniture and appliances and make repairs if possible
- Replace windows or repair cracks and dents
- Repair or replace door and window handles, glass, tracks
- Identify defective parts and replace them as part of repair and maintenance work
- Organize, plan and track preventive or corrective maintenance
