Job description: Our client, a leading FMCG group, is looking for a Brand Manager to join its growing team focused on leading beverage brands.
Reporting to the General Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, managing budgets and collaborating with the team to achieve the company's established sales goals, increase profitability, increase market share and customer satisfaction to improve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage key customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and trends
- Develop and implement sales training programs
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of salespeople
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to exploit them
- Monitor competition and market trends
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Skills and requirements
- Proven experience in successfully leading a team.
- Local market experience in the beverage or food industry.
- Strong negotiation skills, customer focus, integrity and organizational skills
- A strong command of systems and analysis.
- A proven track record related to strategy, planning and execution
- Openness to change and learning
