The Key Account Service Agent contributes to supporting French-speaking Key Account customers to ensure their well-being, maximize their satisfaction and provide positive experiences. In order to fulfill these tasks, the Key Account Service Agent proactively contacts Key Account customers to accompany the Key Account customers on their journey with Betclic.

YOUR ROLE AT BETCLIC

Your tasks in this context are:

  • Working closely with the marketing team and other departments to improve service by providing regular customer feedback on promotions, products and services.
  • Work closely with the risk team to ensure customer wellbeing.
  • Contribute to contributing new ideas on how we can improve the existing offering and optimize the achievement of our goals.
  • Work closely with key account managers to maintain high levels of service to key accounts.
  • Assist the Key Account Event Coordinator in contacting customers to organize events.
  • Humanize the experience while ensuring healthy gaming.
  • Stay up to date on promotions, competitions and special offers we offer our customers.
  • Promote retention measures to build and maintain a relationship and thus increase the lifetime value of players.
  • Using excellent telecommunications capabilities to support, develop and increase player loyalty.
  • Dealing with any concerns or questions that the wholesale customers may have when using our website (offer, promotions, problems, payment, betting, etc.).
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Key Account Service Team Lead.
