Job description: An established and highly successful iGaming operator with multiple brands operating in various regulatory jurisdictions is seeking a Payments and Fraud Specialist to join its team. The right candidate will primarily monitor customer accounts, process KYC and manage the withdrawal process and be part of a team of 17 people.
The right candidate will be offered an excellent salary of €30,000 (mid-level) to €35,000 (senior).
Role and responsibilities
- Monitor player accounts for fraudulent behavior
- Process payments
- Perform KYC and PEP checks
- Identify new player behavior patterns
- Escalate suspicious activity according to company policy
- Communicate internally and with PSPs to resolve customer issues
- Pay attention to details and ensure the most urgent payments are processed first
Education, skills and experience
- At least 1 year of experience in igaming or a related industry
- Fluent oral and written English skills
- Fluent spoken and written knowledge of German, Dutch or Finnish
- Can work alone and in a team
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Can provide references from 2 relevant employers
Please note that the successful candidate will be required to have impeccable police conduct.
