The persons should be competent in his job. The selected person will be assigned for pizza making and need to help the chef in other kitchen operations. Good English speaking is a must! unless person speaks Maltese.

Competencies
- Maintain and clean work station and kitchen utensils
- Package and label preparations and products (production and use-by dates). Store them in cold store, pantry…
- Mix ingredients for pancake batter or pizza dough. Knead and turn dough
- Shape/design/garnish pizza crust. Bake pizza in the oven
- Rest dough and pieces of dough. Monitor fermentation
