PPC Case Study – Plumbing Services
Challenge
The plumbing services industry is highly competitive, and standing out from the crowd can be a daunting task. Our PPC case study for Plumbing Services presented us with a significant challenge of increasing conversions while lowering the cost per conversion. The client had been facing multiple issues like inadequate budget and no ad extensions. Upon taking over the campaigns, we faced numerous challenges to ensure we delivered the best possible results.
Our team started by reviewing the current campaigns, and we noticed several areas that needed improvements. We had to conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the factors that were contributing to the low performance. Inadequate budget, no ad extensions, irrelevant landing pages, poor ad copies, and other issues were hurting the client’s campaigns.

Solution & Process
To tackle these issues, we started by allocating the landing pages to improve the performance of the campaigns. We then tested different ad variations with new headlines and descriptions to increase click-through rates and decrease the cost per conversion. The results were promising, and the client saw significant improvement in the campaign’s performance.
We also expanded the keyword list to capture a broader audience and allocated the budget to the best-performing campaign to ensure the most efficient use of resources. Setting up Conversion action for the Thank You page and Calls helped us monitor the budget consumption and adjust it according to weekly and daily patterns, ensuring we never overspent on ads.
Results
Our approach proved successful in achieving a steady increase in the number of conversions, accompanied by a decrease in the cost per conversion ratio. We were able to identify the reasons for the low performance and implemented effective strategies to overcome them. Ultimately, we provided the client with the necessary tools to succeed in the competitive plumbing services industry.
