Job description: Our client has opened up a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Product Manager to join their team! As a Product Manager you will be responsible for sharing and delivering the product vision and strategy together with the Product team. You will be the key driver in coordinating end-to-end delivery of roadmap initiatives. With your skills and knowledge, you will be translating stakeholder’s requirements into product features, while always maximising business value. Being a strong communicator, you will have the opportunity to guide cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products!
Role & Responsibilities
- You will prepare user stories with detailed acceptance criteria for the development teams whilst ensuring all product documentation is well prepared and accurate.
- You will work closely with Product Management, Marketing, IT and other departments to ensure products are meeting marketing strategies and objectives.
- Through your experience, you will translate the overall product vision into coherent product requirements and coordinate and monitor the implementation of new releases.
- You will create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog according to business and product strategy whilst identifying the gaps between the current functionality and coming up with tangible solutions.
- Your experience in this area provides you with a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and you will undertake in-depth competitor/market analysis and conduct Product Discovery to identify business goals.
- You will assist the development team to meet the objectives of each sprint and provide continuous feedback to ux/ui designers when translating the user stories into layouts/ user flows.
- As a ‘go-getter’ you will influence the product strategy, design solutions, and engineering decisions to best reach the company’s goals
- What’s more, you will clearly communicate the performance of your product utilising key communication tools like detailed prototypes, mock-ups and user flows.
Requirements
- You come with 4+ years experience as a Product Manager within the iGaming Industry with a proven track record of overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
- Through your experience, you have a strong understanding of the iGaming industry and its products, processes as well as compliance requirements.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong product discovery skills.
- You are a strong communicator and you have the ability to efficiently manage time and effectively prioritize and multi-task.
