Location: Malta

Basis: full time

Compensation: salary + benefits

Main tasks:

  • You are responsible for investigating deviations and root cause analysis
  • Manage CAPAs, change controls and customer complaints related to the production department
  • Support in training production personnel with regard to quality aspects
  • Manage, write, edit and improve documentation such as batch manufacturing records, packaging records, SOPs, proformas, logbooks and various other production related documentation
  • Evaluate scientific data resulting from department operations
  • Support production operations in accordance with company policies and procedures

What skills do you need?

  • A university degree/postgraduate degree, ideally in chemistry/pharmaceuticals/engineering (or similar)
  • You have professional experience in a production/GMP environment or experience in quality assurance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Good computer skills and mastery of MS Office applications (especially Excel)
  • Ideally, you have experience working with SAP
  • You are results-oriented and demonstrate an attitude that reflects our company values
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Confident and proactive in fulfilling your own tasks

Authorization to work in the EU is a must
