Job description: A fantastic role has opened up with our client for an experienced Senior Acquisition Manager! As a Senior Acquisition Manager of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our customer base through strategic acquisition initiatives.
The working idea of salary is €50-60K but with some flexibility depending on experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- You will be responsible to develop and execute comprehensive acquisition strategies to meet company goals
- You will manage end-to-end acquisition campaigns, from planning and execution to performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to ensure alignment of acquisition efforts with overall business objectives.
- You will regularly carry out market analysis to identify market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- You will conduct in-depth market research in order to identify target audience segments and refine acquisition strategies.
- What’s more, you will lead A/B testing and optimization efforts to improve the effectiveness of acquisition channels and campaigns.
- Create detailed reports on acquisition campaign performance by utilizing data-driven insights that provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and external vendors to enhance acquisition opportunities.
- Keep up to date with industry developments and incorporate best practices into acquisition strategies.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling and effective acquisition assets, including ad creatives, landing pages, and other promotional materials.
- You will also liaise with analytics teams to develop and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track KPIs.
- You will monitor and assess emerging marketing technologies and tools to enhance acquisition efforts whilst providing mentorship and guidance to junior members of the acquisition team.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage acquisition budgets effectively and ensure a positive return on investment.
- We expect that you will encourage a culture of continuous learning and development.
Requirements
- You come with 5+ years experience in affiliate marketing, backed with a proven track record of managing and optimizing affiliate programs.
- Through your experience, you have a strong understanding of acquisition marketing, with a focus on driving customer growth.
- Confident in managing and executing multi-channel acquisition campaigns.
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and if you have an understanding of the European market dynamics this would be great!
- You are familiar with Income access, GA4, Ahrefs, Microsoft Business suit, Jira is a plus.
- Experience in HTML and CSS for creating and optimizing landing pages and promotional materials is preferred.

- The role is offered on a full-time basis
- Hybrid-remote = work part time from the office and part time from home/elsewhere
- Working hours can be somewhat flexible, to suit the requirements for VIP players
- Starting-salary for experienced VIP manager €40-60K
