We are looking for a Slovak-speaking VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retaining VIP customers and increasing their lifetime value.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be able to research and find solutions to customer problems
- Can analyze customer behavior and maintain a personalized relationship with VIP customers, meeting their needs
- Monitor your customers' performance and behavior to evaluate bonus credit
- Ensure product compliance is maintained in accordance with relevant regulations
- Previous experience as a sales representative is an advantage
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English and Slovak
- Proactive person with good support/sales skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous knowledge is considered an advantage
