The selected candidate will support the Executive Chef, overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations and providing leadership to the kitchen team as needed.

Provide functional support and guidance for kitchen operations as assigned. Assist the chef in controlling and analyzing the quality level of production. Assist the Head Chef in checking and analyzing cleanliness, sanitation and sanitation. Assist the head chef in the production, preparation and presentation of all dishes to ensure the highest quality at all times.

Full time on a permanent basis with shifts.
