Your playing field

  • Together we achieve the best results. That's why you work hand in hand with the department head to implement the department strategy and at the same time ensure operational coordination between the functions.
  • To always deliver the best product, ensure there are relevant reports for any anomalies or technical improvements.

  • You will ensure that SLAs are met and that customer requests are handled with a high level of service, including meeting and exceeding CSAT and First Reply targets.
  • We work as #oneteam. You will work with other stakeholders to ensure processes are up to date and team members are effectively trained and developed.
  • You will help the team grow by participating in the agent recruiting process and finding the right members for our team.

Qualifications

What skills you should bring to the field

  • Qualification. You have experience managing people in a team leadership role. Additionally, you will have a bachelor's degree or post-secondary degree.
  • Subject matter experts. You have at least three years of experience in a similar role at Igaming and can coach one-year team members.
  • Fluent in German and English. Since we are the No. 1 sports betting company in Germany and our team consists of more than 30 different nationalities working together to achieve the Tipico mission, you can speak German and English fluently.
  • Customer focused. You have strong customer service knowledge and skills. It gives you energy when you interact with people and help them. In line with our customer-focused philosophy, you want to empower and support our customers.
  • Talkative. You have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong influencing and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills. You have excellent time management skills and are able to work under pressure despite tight and changing deadlines.
  • Team player. You have a positive attitude, promote a collaborative, professional and inclusive culture and have the ability to motivate your colleagues.

Good to have

  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Jira is an advantage.
