You are responsible for the company's labeling information, ensuring that both label and nutritional information perfectly match the legal requirements of the target market.

Support the Technical Manager in the various business objectives to produce safe and compliant food. Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of a quality and food management system that complies with relevant food safety standards and regulations. To ensure all quality procedures and documentation are kept up to date while managing the quality record keeping process. Assist in conducting internal audits and assist in corrective actions as needed. To be a member of the Customer Complaint Committee, keep logs, take an active role in internal investigations and follow-up on actions to be taken. Coordination and execution of internal and external audits together with the technical manager to assess compliance with quality standards. To drive continuous improvement and initiate initiatives to improve product quality, manufacturing processes and overall efficiency. Required Skills: This position is looking for a qualified person in management. Good communication and decision-making skills, careful approach and the ability to lead by example are important requirements for this position. The candidate must have a good command of English and computer skills in Microsoft Office. He/she is expected to achieve results through people and be able to work in a team. The company provides food safety culture training.
