Job description: Fresh opportunity for an experienced VIP manager to work with top-performing igaming brands for the Dutch-speaking market! The role is offered on a hybrid-remote basis (mix from office and home) with a starting-salary of up to €40K!
Role & Responsibilities
In a nutshell, you will be responsible for customer acquisition and retention, through relationship building and strategic management:
- Identify potential VIP clients
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with VIP clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to VIP customers
- Address, assess, and resolve customer issues
- Manage KPI targets and maximise player value
- Assess and give feedback on daily, weekly & monthly KPI performance
- Develop and implement VIP procedures, programs & initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless VIP experiences
Required Education, Experience & Expertise
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch (native level / C2)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (C1/C2)
- Previous experience within the igaming industry
- Experience from VIP management or another customer centric role
- Extremely organized with outstanding time management skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Expert internet communication skills (chat, email, social media)
- Comfortable with communicating over the phone multiple hours daily
- Ability to juggle multiple chats simultaneously
- Strong analytical skill with a high level of Excel knowledge
- Commitment to providing world-class service to valuable customers
- Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
About this opportunity
- Small team of VIP managers reporting directly to the Head of VIP
- The role is offered on a full-time basis
- Hybrid-remote = work part time from the office and part time from home/elsewhere
- Working hours can be somewhat flexible, to suit the requirements for VIP players
- Starting-salary for experienced VIP manager €35-40K
