The group's central marketing department is responsible for all tasks in the areas of communication, digital marketing, e-commerce, print and advertising materials as well as brand development.

- Respond to international online reviews and actively participate in the strategic development of guest feedback
- You act as an interface to the operations department and support the continuous quality optimization in the hotels
- Set up new guest surveys to measure guest satisfaction and manage existing ones
- Assist our hotel managers in responding to guest feedback
- Take care of the administration of our reputation management system ReviewPro
- Support performance management of OTAs and third-party sales

- successfully completed training or studies in the field of business administration, marketing, communication, hotel management or similar
- a feel for lifestyle brands and a basic understanding of the hotel industry
- a warm and friendly personality and passion for the brand that you can pass on to others

- Good MS Office knowledge and a high level of commitment and hands-on mentality
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written German and English
