Challenge

The objective of this case study was to build a strong brand presence and drive maximum traffic with the help of Facebook Website Click ads with a budget of $200/month. However, the client faced multiple problems, including low brand presence, inaccurate target audience, promoting on the wrong device, a low budget, low ad quality, and no retargeting campaign was set up.

Solution & Process

To tackle these problems, a 3-phase marketing approach was used during a 3-month ad campaign. In the first phase, website click objective with catchy ad designs and content were used to increase brand awareness and showcase the service of the client, encouraging people to visit its website.

The next phase used the Facebook pixel to track conversions on its website, and then created Custom Audiences of people who visited the website through ads and retargeted the ads to the audience who were tracked. For the third phase, the ads with the highest number of engagements in the previous 2 months were made live using Lookalike Audiences to reach out to potential audiences with profiles similar to those who had shown interest in its service.
