The Gemeinsame Glücksspielbehörde der Länder is now saying that 77% of online gambling in Germany is happening with licensed operators. Only 23% black market. If that were actually true, Germany would quietly be the best performing regulated market in Europe. Funny thing is, nobody operating in that market seems to recognise it....
