Well, apparently I have now become a potential criminal because Lilith Wittmann doesn't like what I said about her in a video. On Thursday evening, she sent Malta Media an email suggesting that my comments could constitute an implied criminal threat under § 241 of the German Criminal Code. The reason? I talked about personal security, the murder of Daphne Caruana Galizia and the dangers of publishing private residential addresses in an industry where serious money, angry customers and allegations of organised crime are involved....
