
UK gambling tax receipts climbed during the first four months of the 2026 to 2027 financial year, according to provisional figures from HM Revenue & Customs. Total betting and gaming duty receipts reached £1.933 billion between April and July 2026, up £309 million or 19% from the same period a year earlier.
